Applicants should be aware of the following:

Information given during the Application may be shared with the members of the Committee and the Appointed Representatives selected to act on behalf of the Committee.

Certain information eg name, address, telephone/fax number and email address are stored electronically on the ARE database. The completed Application documents may also be stored in a manual filing system.

The Anglican Religious Education Committee Anglicaans Godsdienstonderwijs (CAGO is registered as a non-for profit organisation in Flanders vzw and respects the European General Data Protection Regulation coming into force on May 25th, 2018.

Geevensbescherming

Aanvragers moeten op de hoogte zijn van het volgende:

Informatie die tijdens de aanvraag wordt verstrekt, kan worden gedeeld met de leden van het comité en de benoemde vertegenwoordigers om namens het comité te handelen. Bepaalde informatie zoals naam, adres, telefoonnummer / faxnummer en e-mailadres worden elektronisch opgeslagen in de ARE-database. De voltooide applicatie documenten kunnen ook worden opgeslagen in een handmatig archiveringssysteem.

Anglicaans Godsdienstonderwijs (CAGO) is geregistreerd als non-profitorganisatie in Flanders (vzw) en respecteert de Europese Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming die op 25 mei 2018 in werking treedt.
